Oregon Cargo Insurance Coverage

You have a Commercial Drivers License. You have a truck. You are available for hire. You have a customer that will pay you to pickup and deliver several pallets of 100 lbs. bags of dog food. But, as part of the contract, the shipper requires you have cargo coverage. The shipper wants to be sure the dog food makes it to the destination 350 miles away unharmed and on-time.

We can easily cover your truck and add on cargo coverage. We can provide proof to the shipper that you have the right amount of coverage. Cargo coverage amounts can be purchased in limits of $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000. A $500 deductible would apply. You can buy down the cost of the cargo add-on coverage by moving the deductible up to $1,000.
